Twiced Stuffed

Hi everyone!
I have been a Chef for many years and love to cook. The more the merrier I always say. But sometimes I only can cook for 2. So I have come up with some great ideas that I would love to share. With the way we have to stretch our hard earned dollars we need all the help we can get.

Here are some coupon sites I have used:

There are a lot out there just have to spend sometime finding what your looking for. I like to stock up on certain items when they are on sale....and even better when I have a coupon for them.

So here is a recipe I like for a change of potatoes:

  1. Get 1 medium size potato and bake it.

  2. Next cut it in half..(Careful it will be hot.Hold it with a oven mit.)

  3. Dig out potato with a spoon, into a bowl, careful not to dig into skin.(Save skins.)

  4. Add to bowl...1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese.

  5. 1/2 cup sour cream

  6. 1/4 cup bacon bits

  7. Mix all together

  8. Now spoon it back into skins

  9. And bake for about 10-15 minutes or untill brown on top.

Take out of oven and serve with your favorite steak!!!

This will serve 2. So now you can make a simple baked potato look like ya been at it all day!!

Ok we'll try something else next time!

Enjoy!!!!
